Any questions? I am happy to help!

Q: Do I need to buy books or any other material?

Q: How long is each session?
A: 90min.

Q: When do I have to pay for the classes?
A: All fees are on a monthly basis and must be paid in full upon receipt of the invoice. The course is considered fully booked when the full amount is received in my account.

A: No, all classes are personalized one-on-one sessions. Cats and dogs are welcome.

Q: If I am ill, do I still have to cancel 24h before?

Q: When I booked a course but have to cancel it or cannot complete a course, do I get a refund?
A: No, if you cannot complete or attend a booked course, there will be no refund. If you cancel a booked course, you still have to pay the full course fee. It is also not possible to transfer it to a third party.

Q: Will I get a certificate?
A: No, I am not an official institute with the authority to issue certificates. However, I will assist you in achieving your goal from A1 to C2.

Q: Will you evaluate my level?
A: Yes, absolutely! We will do this in the consultation session, where we will also discuss my teaching method and get to know each other.

Q: When I am late, do we add the time at the end?
A: No, all students are required to adhere to the schedule, and missed time due to lateness will not be made up.

Q: Will it be possible to meet in person?
A: Unless you are based in Málaga, Spain, all classes are conducted as online sessions.

Q: Will it be possible to reach C1 in 3 months?
A: It depends on individual commitment and learning styles. Progressing from A1 to C2 is rarely straightforward. My suggestion is to approach it with a measured pace, fostering an effective and enjoyable language-learning experience.
