Terms and Conditions

1. Course Availability
   All courses are subject to availability. Due to high demand and limited slots, it is strongly recommended to book courses at least 2–3 months in advance.

2. Attendance and Cancellations
   Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions as agreed at the time of booking.
   If a student is unable to attend a session, the class must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
   Unexcused absences are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Punctuality
   Students must adhere to the agreed schedule and are expected to arrive promptly at their designated time. Late arrivals will not be compensated with additional class time, and the missed time will not be rescheduled.

4. Fees and Payment
   Course fees are charged on a monthly basis and are payable in full upon receipt of the invoice. All payments must be made in advance before the start of the course.
   Monthly courses must be completed within a four-week period from the start date.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
   Once a course is booked, it is non-refundable. If a student cancels a booked course, the full course fee remains payable. There are no refunds for partially completed or unattended courses.

6. Transferability
   All courses are personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared or reassigned to another individual.

7. Course Format
   All courses are conducted online.

8. Legal Information
   Berlin Learning, represented by Navina Khatib, is registered in Málaga, Spain. Spanish law applies.
